A 6-month full mind and body recalibration — where physical discipline, self-mastery, and mindset
leadership come together to rebuild the life of a woman who is done living beneath her own potential.
"I came chasing a body and ended up finding myself again." - Alec B.
You’ve said it. Maybe more than once.
And if you’re being really honest with yourself, it kind of pisses you off.
Because you are not someone who doesn’t follow through.
You build things. You lead people. You figure it out.
You are the woman who holds it together for everyone else.
So why does this keep being the one place you don’t?

You’ve gotten so good at taking care of everything and everyone around you that you stopped being able to feel yourself clearly.
It happened gradually. The internal signal got quieter.
The discomfort, that low hum of something being off, became background noise you learned to live with.
Until you couldn’t anymore.
That’s what happens when a woman builds her whole engine around output and was never taught that she counts too.
This is not about doing more. You already do more. That’s practically the problem, my girl.
This is about the woman who shows up, in the room, at the table, in your own life, and whether she reflects back what you’re actually worth.
Does your body feel like yours? Does your voice carry the weight it should?
That’s the real gap.
Not information. Not another strategy.
The gap is between what you know and who you’re actually being for yourself.
And it doesn’t close with more discipline.
It closes when you stop negotiating with yourself.
When you stop shrinking the ask to make the follow-through feel safer.
When you meet yourself with the same love and willingness you give everyone else.
This is about clarity in your voice.
Confidence in your actions.
Self-leadership that speaks for itself.

It's a three-phase process designed to change the way you move, think, and lead yourself for good.
Build the foundation you can actually trust.
This is where you stop fighting your body and start working with it.
You create stability, structure, and self-respect through follow-through.
Understand what's actually been running the show.
This is where everything underneath gets exposed.
You stop repeating patterns that keep you stuck.
Become the woman who leads herself.
This is where everything integrates.
You don't just know what to do. You actually become the woman who does it.

Most Programs Give You One or the Other.
This Gives You Both.
Every decision you make, every habit you build, every pattern you repeat...
is happening through both.
Your body holds what your mind avoids.
Your mind reinforces what your body experiences.
And when those two are out of sync,
you feel it everywhere.
In your energy.
In your consistency.
In your ability to follow through.
This is why forcing yourself harder never created the life you actually wanted.
Because you were only working on half of the equation.

Hi! I'm Kelly,
I built Forme "(for-me)" because it's everything I needed ten years ago and didn't have.
I spent years trapped in the same cycle… restricting, overtraining, feeling like I was failing no matter how hard I worked.
Real transformation didn't start until I stopped fighting my body and started working with it.
Slowing down. Healing my gut. Getting my cycle back.
Learning to eat without the mental warfare.
And most importantly, addressing the mental and emotional patterns that had kept me stuck for years.
Forme is the process I wish someone had handed me, and now it's yours.

Hi! I'm Lily,
Fitness became a gateway to growth, but it didn't start that way.
I spent years stuck in perfectionism, disordered eating, and burnout, completely disconnected from my body.
Everything shifted when I got honest about why I was doing what I was doing.
When I stopped obsessing over my appearance and started examining my habits, thoughts, and beliefs, I learned how to care for myself in a way that actually worked.
That's what I teach now.
I help women build habits, strength, and structure while developing self awareness, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility.
My coaching isn't about forcing discipline. It's about self mastery: understanding your patterns, honoring your needs, and following through even when it's uncomfortable.
You already know where you’ve been abandoning yourself. This is where you start choosing differently.

Great question, and honestly it comes down to what you need most right now.
Hot & Healthy leads with fitness and nutrition — that's the primary focus, with mindset woven in to support it. If your biggest goal is physical transformation and building healthy habits, that's your program. Think 80% fitness, 20% mindset.
Wellness from Within flips that. We still will deep dive into optimizing your fitness, and nutrition — because how you live in your body matters — but the primary work is closing the gap between who you are and how you're actually living. Identity. Goals. Confidence. Leadership. Alignment. If you know the fitness piece isn't really the problem (or maybe you know the results are hiding behind a deeper problem), and you're ready to go deeper into who you're becoming — this is your container. Think 80% life coaching, 20% fitness.
Still not sure? Book a call. That's what they're for.
Yes, and honestly a lot of the women in this program do exactly that.
Therapy and coaching aren't competing with each other, they complement one another.. Therapy is brilliant at helping you understand why you are the way you are. Coaching is where you decide who you're becoming and we get to support the goal setting and action steps to get there.
The difference is the direction.
Therapy often looks backward — processing the past, healing old wounds, making sense of your story. Coaching looks forward.. We're here to build. This is a future-focused, action-oriented container where we set goals, create accountability, and move — even when it's uncomfortable.
Full access includes bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins (so there's a private touchpoint with your coach every single week), a course curriculum, training programming, nutrition support, and private small group support calls.
This isn't a course you buy and forget about.
This is a full container — coaching, community, body, and mind — because that's what real change actually takes.
Six months. This gives us enough runway to do the deep work, build new patterns, and make sure you leave differently with clarity, conviction, and confidence in your body, mind, and follow through.
And if you want to stay? You're welcome to.
Many women choose to continue into an integration phase — taking everything they've built and making it fully, permanently theirs. But that's a choice you get to make from a place of growth and the “how good can this get” mindset. The goal of six months is to make you someone who trusts herself. What you do with that is up to you.
Because the body is where it all lives.
Your confidence, your stress response, your self-trust, your energy, it's all physical before it's mental.
When you learn to work with your body instead of against it, your mind follows. Body mastery is mind mastery.
Most personal development programs skip this entirely whereas we build from it.
The woman who knows what she should do… and still can't make herself do it.
She's capable. She's accomplished. She shows up for everyone in her life with her whole being. But somewhere along the way she started people-pleasing her way out of her own life,, and now she's living slightly beside herself — busy, functional, and quietly disconnected from who she actually is (except it’s not quiet at all, you feel it).
She sees her emotions. She just doesn't integrate them. She lives in her head, not her body. And the gap between what she knows and how she's actually living? She feels it in her confidence, in her relationships. In the way she leads. In the way she speaks. That gap isn't just uncomfortable — it's slowly eroding her sense of self (I’ve been there, that’s how I know).
She might be a coach, a leader, an entrepreneur, a caretaker. She's probably all of them at once. And if she's a coach — she knows, on some level, that you cannot take your clients to a depth you haven't gone to yourself.
This program is for the woman who is finally ready to stop circling herself from the outside and actually go in.
If you've been waiting for the right time, the right sign, the right version of yourself to show up first — this is it. She's not coming before the work, she shows up as a result of it.
The ones that are hard to say out loud.
The ones that don't have a clean answer on a podcast or in a self-help book.
Here's what we actually get into:
The relationship with your body. The constant mental chatter about what you ate, what you look like, what you should or shouldn't have done. The way you tear yourself apart in the mirror and then perform confidence for everyone else. The exhausting loop of tying your worth to how your body looks on any given day. We untangle that by learning to actually live in it.
The numbing. You reach for food, wine, or your phone — not because you're hungry or thirsty or bored, but because something happened and your body needed somewhere to put it. It’s not that you're not out of control, it is just unintegrated emotions… you know the emotion is there. You just haven't learned how to be with it (yet).
Meeting your emotions for the first time. Not managing them, not performing them, just meeting them. Most of the women in this program were never taught that their emotions were safe — or that they were even allowed to have them. So they learned to override, suppress, or explain them away. They became fluent in everyone else's feelings and strangers to their own. We change that. We work at the nervous system level — learning how to recognize what you're actually feeling, understand what it's telling you, and respond to yourself the way you would respond to someone you love. For a lot of women, this is the first time anyone has ever taught them how to take care of themselves emotionally. That's not a small thing.
The self-sabotage. You start strong, you're all in, then slowly you disappear on yourself. Just a slow fade back into old patterns right when things were starting to work. It’s not a willpower problem, it is an unconscious secondary desire being met, so we meet the part of you who is getting her needs met - unpack and work with her.
Who you are when no one needs anything from you. Most of the women who come into this program have built their entire sense of self around what they do for others. Take away the roles — the mom, the boss, the fixer, the coach — and they're not sure who's left. We come back to her, from the inside out.
The hollow achievement. You did everything right, you got the thing you said you wanted, built the thing, became the thing — and then you got there and felt nothing. We go back to your actual core values — not the ones that sounded good — and rebuild your goals around the woman you really are.
The thoughts that run the show. The ones that tell you you're too much, not enough, asking for too much, lucky to have what you have. We work through three levels of integration: Awareness, Acceptance and Integration - we challenge them, reframe them, and stop letting them make decisions for you.
The resentment that's building quietly. You say what people need to hear. You keep the peace. You make it easy for everyone. And then you lie awake at night a little angry that they believed you. We work on conscious conversation — how to say the true thing, not the comfortable thing — in your relationships, your work, and with yourself.

Forme is building the global standard for women who are done outsourcing their power. We teach women how to master their bodies first so they can master their emotions, their decisions, and the life they are creating.
