14 DAY MINI MIND & BODY CHALLENGE

A 14-Day Challenge with Week One focusing on Body Mastery and Week Two deep diving on Self Mastery. Our goal is to reset your mind body connection with a holistic journey of self-connection, starting with the physical and moving toward the emotional and mental. By approaching wellness from both angles, this challenge will develop a strong foundation in physical health while diving deeper into self-awareness, mindset, and emotional resilience.
