Fitness became a gateway to growth in every area of my life, but it didn’t start that way. I spent years stuck in perfectionism, disordered eating, and a constant cycle of pushing harder and burning out, feeling completely disconnected from my body.
Everything shifted when I slowed down and got honest about why I was doing what I was doing. When I stopped obsessing over my appearance and started paying attention to my habits, thoughts, and beliefs, I learned how to care for myself in a way that actually supported my life.
That’s what I teach now.
I help women build habits, strength, and structure while developing self awareness, emotional regulation, and personal responsibility. My coaching isn’t about forcing discipline, it’s about self mastery. Understanding your patterns, honoring your needs, and following through even when it’s uncomfortable.
